Warranty policy
Me, owner or Langplanck, is confident in the
quality and durability of my boards. I know this from countless hours of
building, testing, and riding our boards, getting feedback from the local
community, back to the drawing table, etc.. I abuse boards, ride them to their
maximum potential, and they all hold up. But, the truth is that no board is
indestructible.
Langplanck warrants my products against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original purchaser for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. Warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, modifications to the product, damage due to improper assembly or repairs. Keep in mind that wood is a product from nature, and shows wear and tear over time.
Example of actions that will void your warranty:
- Bouncing on board excessively (including hippie jumps and large drops)
- Hitting curbs, large bumps or objects
- Getting run over by a vehicle
- Any modifications to the board. (Cosmetic things like painting and grip will not void the warranty)
- Leaving it outside in rain, or anyway it might get excessively wet
- More than one person riding at one time
I try my best to make every board the best it can possibly be through countless hours of building, pressing, sanding and finishing. If you take care of your board it will provide you with years of longboarding excitement.
A little disclaimer is necessary. my boards are not perfect. They contain imperfections. I like to say that every board is unique. The same goes for the graphics. No two boards look the same. Although every model has the same feel and mechanical properties. I am are constantly trying to perfect my skills, and mistakes are getting less common with each board. Still, please keep in mind that it's handmade.
